October 2020 1 Month Mission

Let’s take on October 2020 with an epic 1 Month Mission!!! 

Local-to-LA 1 Month Mission camp comprises: 8 team bootcamp workouts (4 live, 4 via Zoom), 4 weeks of fresh lean Klean food delivery, plus 13–14 additional workout classes, 3-4 rest days, daily coaching, community, and accountability.

In our socially distant new norm, human connection is more important than ever. That’s why I’ve put together a safe outdoor bootcamp program with limited spots to meet you where you are and support your health and fitness goals.

 

Start Dates:

→ Meal delivery begins (and potential rest day OR spin class): Monday, October 5th

→ Bootcamp starts: Monday, October 5th

2 bootcamps per week for 4 weeks (Mondays: LIVE // Wednesdays: ZOOM)

PLEASE NOTE: No-contact temperature taking is required upon arrival at live camp workouts. Participants are required to wear masks and/or face shields upon entry and exit of the location. Camp participants are also spaced out 6+ feet apart at our outdoor location and cleansing wipes and hand sanitizer is provided as well.

 

*Please take note of the slightly early start time on camp day 1, 10/05, and our last day on 10/28.

What + Why:

8 bootcamp-style workouts designed to lean you out and lose those extra pesky 5–10 lbs. The bootcamps are athletic-inspired focusing on your ass, abs, legs, and arms. High energy, high cardio . . .  HEART, HUSTLE, HEALTH!

Motivation:

Daily attention and coaching at camp and outside of camp. Daily e-mail motivation and follow-up directly from me. A consistent team of determined people working along side you to get the most out of these 4 weeks. A strong team accelerates everything.

Healthy Eating:

Along with the a**-kicking workouts, all participants are encouraged to participate in the Klean food delivery service. Hard work without a healthy diet is a waste of time. Let’s make the most of these 4 weeks by working you from the inside out. But Lacey, “Food delivery service is too pricey.” My response: “I want you to focus on your health and happiness for an entire month. A healthy, happy, sexy body is priceless . . . . If you don’t invest in it now, you’ll have to pay for it later. You have one body to live in so it’s in your best interest to love it with everything you have. Take these next 4 weeks and splurge on you.”

Alternatively or in addition to, my 7-Day Meal Plan offers you balanced nutrition guidance that can be replicated over the 4 weeks of camp.

On non-camp days, a cardio component is required. These may be done in whatever capacity you so choose, and additional Zoom classes with Lacey Stone Fitness are encouraged. Standard monthly membership and/or individual class rates apply. *NOTE: Camp participants are eligible for 2 free Zoom classes with me during the program!
