BOOTYCAMP

8 Workouts, 4 Weeks, 2 Days/Week, 1Hour/Workout. Camps led by Lacey cost $400 all other camps $300.

Barry’s Bootcamp classes are one hour. Each class includes 25-30 minutes of interval cardiovascular routines on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes of strength training using free weights and other equipment. Think of an A** Kicking & BOOTY Shaking Good TIME! Killer Tunes and known for keeping Hollywood Tight and Right, Barry’s is a guaranteed GREAT workout.

This indoor cycling experience is a unique combo of camaraderie, high- intensity cardio, upper body sculpting, and most importantly, fun. With unique studio designs, in house DJ’s, and proprietary performance tracking technology. This new cycling studio has literally reinvented the wheel and raised the bar of what to expect when it comes to the boutique gym experience.
