Combining two decades of experience as an accomplished athlete and highly sought after fitness professional, Lacey Stone has created the 3X METHOD.

Lacey’s 3X METHOD is comprised of three essential elements:  the development of mental toughness, intense plyometric cardio combined with nutritional strategy, and full range of motion athletic weight-training. Lacey's program will deliver strong, sexy, bodies boosted with energy.

A 3 month program, Lacey’s signature 3X METHOD is comprised of 3 Phases.  During this time, you will enjoy the undivided attention of Lacey and her team in person, via email, text and phone.  


PHASE 1 - Mental training

Mental Toughness Training: Your mental state and habits create who you are.  In the first month of the program Lacey will help you understand the patterns that  get in the way of optimal physical results. Focus is key. The work will be centered around implementing new habits that will not only change your body but also create a healthy balance between the Personal, Professional, and Physical. When these 3 elements of life are in sync, anything is possible.  


PHASE 2 - Physical Training

A customized workout will be designed exclusively for you.  It will include both weight training as well as  cardio drills expressly targeted for your desired results, 5-6 days/week.  In addition, stage 2 will  include customized nutritional coaching and meal plans strategy.  Properly fueling your body is essential to any successful program and will in no small measure, change your life forever. 


PHASE 3 - The Shift

The third and last phase of Lacey’s 3x METHOD will push your training to the ultimate.  Together with Lacey and her team, you’ll discover and embrace what you can achieve with your body, your life and your mind. No goal is too big and impossible is not an option.
